Our commitment begins with our water supply, drawn directly from our own spring—an underground source formed precisely in the Ice Age. The distillery is entirely powered by hydro-generated energy from a nearby creek, underscoring our dedication to renewable power. All crop ingredients are sourced exclusively from local farmers, ensuring full traceability and supporting regional ecosystems.

Furthermore, the Avanto bottle is intentionally redesigned for perpetual reuse and refilling. Its compact form factor is not only aesthetically functional but also significantly enhances transportation efficiency, occupying less space compared to traditional round bottles. In practice, refilling an Avanto bottle with vodka from our available refill cartons cuts energy consumption by approximately 50%, with further refills reducing it to around 30%. This comprehensive approach ensures that our commitment to the environment is as integral as our craftsmanship.
